BOOKING FOR PRIVATE EVENT, Updated 20090610

BOOKING FOR PRIVATE EVENT
(From Monday - Thursday)

1hr - $225 ($15X15)
2hrs - $375 ($25x15)
3hrs - $450 ($30x15)

POND A or B or C or D or E or F (20)RODS
1hr - $300 ($15X20)
2hr - $500 ($25X20)
3hr - $600 ($30X20)

*Rates are not applicable for bookings falling on (Fri - Sun), public holiday's eve and public holiday.
Extra venue charge is applicable during peak hours at $300/pond.



1) Additional venue charges are applicable for bookings falling on (Fri - Sun), public holiday's eve and public holiday. Peak hours for weekdays, 6pm - 12am. Peakhours for weekends, 12pm - 3am.
2) Catering services could be arranged by Hai Bin U Enterprise.
3) Booking would only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount to be stipulated by Hai Bin U Enterprise).
4) In the event of any dispute, the company has the sole discretion to resolve the matter in a manner which it deems fit.
5) Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.


Terms & Conditions

1. Mode of Payment:

Unless otherwise agreed:

(a) Upon acceptance of this Sales Contract, the Organiser shall remit the cash/cheque(personal cheque will not be accepted) made payable to Hai Bin U Enterprise for the sum equivalent to 50% of the total cost payable (Deposit) for the event as set out in the quotation as agreed.

(b) The balance of the total cost payable shall be paid in full to Hai Bin U Enterprise in the same manner by the end of the event day.

(c) If in the event that payment is not made to Hai Bin U Enterprise, Hai Bin U Enterprise reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action in order to recover the said sum.

2. Termination

(i) Should the Organiser withdraw the Event or terminate this Sales Contract, a sum equivalent to a minimum of 60% of the Contract value shall be made payable to Hai Bin U Enterprise.

(ii) Should the event be held back by bad weather conditions, posts phoning of events are subjected to Hai Bin U Enterprise's assessment on a case to case basis.

3. Non-availability

(a) In cases where the nominated venue is not available owing to unpredicted circumstances, Hai Bin U Enterprise reserves the right to move the event to an alternative venue, without any changes in terms or total cost payable.

4. Exclusion

Hai Bin U Enterprise shall not be under any liability to the Organiser whether in contract tort or otherwise for any death, or personal injury suffered by any person or for any loss or damage to any property.

5. Indemnity

The Organiser shall indemnify Hai Bin U Enterprise against all claims in respect of damage, loss or injury of every description arising directly or indirectly out of the Event.

6. Additional Cost

In the event of supplementary costs was incurred in carrying out additional work for the Organiser owing to the changes or additions not provided in this Sales Contract, the Organiser shall pay additional costs as required by Hai Bin U Enterprise.

7. Remarks

(a) All prices quoted in this Sales Contract are in Singapore Currency.

(b) Hai Bin U Enterprise reserves the right to null and void this Sales Contract without prior notice.

House Rules.

House Rules

1) Only single hook is allowed.

2) Do not attempt to FOUL hook prawns.

3) Do not use nets to catch the prawns.

4) Do not throw litter into the prawn ponds.

5) Do not use pork or beef as bait.

6) Kindly produce your receipt upon request by staff.

7) Kindly return the things to original position after use.

8) Counter will not supply any fishing equipment for personal rod.

9) Do not eat and smoke on the bridge.

10) Do not spit.

Our rates:

$15.00 - 01 hour
$25.00 - 02 hours
$30.00 - 03 hours


Equipment and baits are provided at no additional costs. For bbq'ing your catches, charcoal, fire starters, satay sticks and salt are provided as well.

For more information, please consult our staffs before purchase of tickets if you are in doubt.

Terms and Conditions

1) Unused time can be utilized with purchase of at least 1hr on the next visit.

2) All concession are limited for 1 time only.

3) We are not responsible for any ticket lost.

For example:

You purchased a 3hr ticket but due to some reasons, you are unable to use up the three hours.

(Let’s say you have an hour left, minimum 3omins to save.) Please allow the cashier to clock your saved time before you leave.

If not, it will be invalid without the ticket that is also without cashier’s annotation on the day itself.

During your next visit, the saved time could only be utilized with purchase of at least 1hr.

Please show your saved ticket to the cashier before you purchase a new ticket

If you purchase 3hrs and you will have a total of 4hrs with your last saved one hour.

Each concession is limited for 1 time only.

If you have further question, please consult our staffs at the desk and they would be glad to assist you.
